Thanks for this great mod. I love the tool tip integration. I was wondering though how and if possible to customize the tool tip so the text wraps in a box instead of it being a long line.

Also is it possible to link to a web page without having a url/title showing on the tooltip?

Yes, you can break the line by using <br>. This will start a new line.

That </br> is used for long description lines, to break them in multiple rows. In this site the separation of the header is made directly from the template. It's the same module, no differences or custom modifications.
