I'd like to remove this website link in the third spot.

It's very simple. Go in admin in module parameters and delete the text in position 3. Click SAVE.

i did but it doesnt go away. so i have to enter my website to write over it. if not if there is nothing there it will put it back in

That actually doesn't remove it because it kept happening to me too.

yoursite/modules/mod_miniadspot/mod_miniadspot.xml lines 110, 112, and 116 --> remove the default values.
