some of the rollovers do not work at all. I have the script in the index.php file.


they all worked on the first time i put in the data, but as i had to change the text, the mouseover stopped working.

Checked things and re-done the ones that don't work but still nothing.

any ideas?

I don't have an answer for you yet. Very strange what's happening with the tooltips on your site, because they all are identical and they all should work the same way. Try to activate the next ad with the same information as the one that doesn't work. Then, deactivate the first. Post here the result please.

Move your script line to just before the last body tag.

I moved the code to just before the /body


Also did input the information on new spot. To avoid any risk of formatting, I copy/pasted text from notepad. Problem remained.

Did it again, this time putting field by field and checking results as I was moving along. Only when I filled the ‘short description’ did the problem occur.

Started again, this time I typed the text in the short description field. The first 68 characters (with spaces) did show as it should. Came back to ad more txt but now transparency was gone again.

Did it again, this time typing all txt in one go. No result. (It's odd as i'm putting less txt then on other that are working as it should).

In between checking things I did clear the cache as well.

I wonder if changing file permissions may help. Could it?

Try to enter by keyboard the same text on all published ads (from scratch). Tell us what's happening. The ads are all the same and it must be a thing you're doing that makes the difference between them. So we have to find exactly what.

I just checked your site using the firefox browser and all of your mini ads are displaying tooltip descriptions.
