You have to FTP your images to your modules/miniadspot_images folder if you are using joomla 1.0.X or to modules/mod_miniadspot/images if you are using 1.5.X. Make sure they are 32x32 before you upload them, in case you did not changed the original blank.jpg file.

You may use a free FTP program like FilleZilla.
